General Tips
In case our products do not bear labels with clear instructions for cleaning, please refer to the following general advice:
Most upholstery fabrics are suitable for hand wash at 30-40°C, using a mild detergent.
Normally, machine wash and dry cleaning are not recommended, unless specifically allowed in written care instructions accompanying the product.
Do not use heavy detergents, chemical products such as bleach, alcohol derivatives or solutions.
Always blot gently with a clean dumb cloth and do not rub or use any brushes as this may damage the fabric pile.

Easy clean fabrics
For liquid stains: blot the stain gently with a high-absorbent material (cotton cloth or paper towel).
Cotton Fabrics
Cotton fabrics, being natural fiber products, are prone to shrinking when subjected to extremes of temperature and the agitation of washers and dryers. Therefore, it is common to expect shrinkage of up to 5% after washing.
Pets
Bear in mind that most animal pets, such as dogs and cats, have naturally oily skin. Combined with house dust, this could lead to heavy staining of the upholstery. For this reason, it is highly recommended to use a sofa throw, which can work also as scratch safe.
